As a Social Media Coordinator, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more eyes and engagement on our clients’ brands.  Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Create engaging text, image & graphics content
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity 
  • Measure performance on social channels and traffic to clients’ websites
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Develop social media calendar for each client 
  • Monthly Reporting

Website Designer

Description

Hilltop is looking for independent contractors who have a passion for web design.  The right candidates will be responsible for creating great looking and high performing websites for Hilltop’s clients.

Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites, and creating visual elements that are in line with project branding. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent visual design skills and a whiz at WordPress, Elementor, Illustrator and Photoshop. 

Responsibilities

  • Design websites
  • Testing and optimizing the website
  • Designing visuals  that are in line with project branding
  • Incorporating functionalities and features into websites such as E-commerce, email integration, calendar, giving functions etc.

  • Good understanding of content management systems.
  • Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
